Last week we had the great opportunity of giving our input on the upcoming Colorado Springs Food Policy Council. It is one step further in our fight to advance local food and change some of the hindering laws in our area. While at the event, we meet Jakob Rodgers from The Gazette newspaper. After sharing a bit about who we are, Jakob asked if he could interview us for a piece he was doing on this event and local food.
